Welcome to Advanced Vascular & Vein Center’s online Physician’s Referral Section of our website.

In addition to accepting referrals via fax at (531) 466-4304, we now offer a secure online submission form below for your convenience. Once received, our physician liaison will begin the verification process and reach out to your patient to schedule accordingly.

At AVVC, we want you to know that we always put our patients first, ensuring optimal safekeeping while in our care. We are also available to speak personally regarding your patient.
